Making Maturing


      It is carried out in casks of American and French oak with 225 liters of capacity and 1 to 5 years of antiquity. In them the wine breathes through the pores of the wood evolving of color and incorporating new aromas. Lapsed the time of cask the wine is bottled and corked, resting until reaching its maturity.
